Role Description The Customer Success Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role focuses on supporting automotive customers using KarKeyUSA.com, ensuring they have a smooth experience with ordering, tracking, and receiving OEM-experienced parts. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders and product information, and proactively following up to promote satisfaction and retention. The Customer Success Advocate will collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to address customer needs, provide product guidance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring account health, and contributing feedback to enhance KarKey USA’s services and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Customer Retention focus, with the ability to identify at-risk accounts and take proactive steps to improve loyalty.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and service delivery.
- Prior experience in automotive, eCommerce, or related customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or customer support systems.
