Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Director (Aftersales & Aftermarket) at Vietnam Star Automobile Ltd. located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience, overseeing aftersales and aftermarket operations, implementing service quality standards, and leading teams to achieve performance targets. The role entails strategic planning, process optimization, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, with a proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in managing and improving aftersales and aftermarket operations is highly desirable
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate diverse teams towards organizational goals
- Familiarity with automotive industry operations and standards is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
