An Outside Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a hybrid sales professional who travels to meet clients in person, builds business relationships, and manages accounts on-site. Operating out in the field to secure new accounts and service existing ones. B+B only. Must be at least 21. Clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting prospective business clients within a specific geographic territory.
- On-Site Consultations: Meeting face-to-face with customers to assess their specific product or service needs.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering tailored demonstrations, pitches, and cost estimates directly to decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Visiting existing clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, handle issues, and secure reorders.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalizing pricing agreements, terms, and service contracts in the field.
Compensation and Perks
- Performance Bonuses: Base salary plus volume incentives.

Work Environment
Outside sales CSRs traveling to client sites. Facing pressure of meeting strict monthly or quarterly sales quotas.

- CRM Literacy: Using software like D/C on mobile devices to track customer interactions and update pipelines.
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
