About the Position
We’re seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America’s fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we’re hiring now!
Responsibilities
- Conferring with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid driver’s license required.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
