Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Representative located in Sialkot. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The Customer Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by offering professional support and resolving issues effectively, while helping to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Previous experience in automotive or service industries is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage.
