Job Details
- Lead customer-facing quality programs, including in-process monitoring and pre-shipment inspection, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards
- Manage and develop a team of quality specialists and operators supporting inspection, testing, and audit activities
- Coordinate with customers and third-party auditors to align on inspection plans, sampling protocols, and reporting timelines
- Drive defect reduction and customer complaint resolution through structured root cause analysis (8D, Six Sigma, etc.) and cross-functional collaboration
- Own reporting, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure consistent execution of quality inspections and timely shipment approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of manufacturing experience (e.g., energy, electronics, semiconductor, automotive)
- 5+ years of experience in customer quality, with strong hands-on expertise in inspection, testing, and quality investigations
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma) and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
