We’re Hiring – Customer Experience Supervisor (Mazda Indonesia)
About the Role
Mazda Indonesia is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to elevate our premium customer journey, both in showroom and customer lounge experience. This role is suitable for a hands-on professional who has a strong passion for automotive and a solid background in hospitality. You will be responsible for supervising daily customer experience operations, supporting executive lounge / café activities, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Mazda’s premium brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support end-to-end customer experience across showroom, lounge, and key customer touchpoints.
- Oversee daily operations of executive lounge / coffee shop, ensuring service standards are met.
- Support the development and execution of beverage menu (coffee & non-coffee) aligned with Mazda brand positioning.
- Monitor basic F&B costing and support pricing implementation.
- Ensure premium hospitality standards and consistent service delivery.
- Guide and support frontliner / hospitality team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales & Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collect customer feedback and support continuous improvement of service quality.
Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for automotive industry and premium brands.
- Experience in supervising executive lounge, coffee shop, café, or hospitality-driven customer experience.
- Good understanding of F&B operations, basic menu development, and costing.
- Strong service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in premium hospitality environment (hotel, luxury lounge, fine café, or customer experience center) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
