Colonial Volkswagen and Colonial Subaru are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in an organized environment, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience. We’re not looking for someone who can pressure people we’re looking for someone who can build relationships, earn trust, and help customers take the next step.
You won’t be selling cars. Your job is to help customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and make sure every customer has a great first experience with our dealership.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, text, and phone.
- Schedule sales appointments for our team.
- Follow up with customers throughout their buying journey.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM.
- Complete daily follow-up tasks and communications.
- Work closely with our sales managers and sales consultants.
- Help customers get the information they need quickly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.

Automotive experience is not required.
Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, call center, or inside sales experience all translate well to this position.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Five-day work week
- Rotating Saturdays
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Dependable attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
