Role Overview

The Customer Experience & Call Center Agent at Al Bustanji Motors is responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses, accurate data management, and delivering a high-quality customer experience that supports lead conversion and showroom visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Handling & CRM Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms).
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely response to new leads in line with defined service standards.

2. Customer Engagement & Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the initial journey.
  • Encourage showroom visits and support test drive bookings.
  • Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

3. Campaign & Event Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, test drive events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Participate in roadshows and showroom activations.
  • Represent Al Bustanji Motors in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Be flexible to support extended working hours or weekends when needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a confident and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
