We're Hiring: Customer Acquisition Manager
Tzofiah Web Services — Bindura, Zimbabwe
Tzofiah is building Africa-focused web hosting, SaaS products, and web applications. We're looking for a driven Customer Acquisition Manager to bring in real, paying customers — not just run campaigns.
What you'll do:
• Find, pitch, and close customers — in person and online
• Sign up businesses, schools, and organisations onto our hosting and software products
• Plan and run digital campaigns (Google, Meta, or any channel that works) to generate leads
• Own the journey from first contact to a paying, active customer
You'll fit if you have:
• A proven ability to sell and close (field/B2B sales)
• Hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar)
• Strong communication in English & Shona
• Self-drive and a target-hitting mindset
• A valid driver's licence (field travel required)
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related — or a strong proven sales track record
• A relevant digital marketing certificate is an added advantage
Open to both Junior and Mid-Senior candidates:
• 🟢 Junior: USD 300–450/month
• 🔵 Mid-Senior: from USD 450–600/month
