Tasks
- Coordinate project related activities and ensure alignment between stakeholders, team members and external partners.
- Manage and support the operational use of automotive engineering applications such as Tecnomatix (Process Designer, Plant Simulation), ProjectWise Explorer, HLS, and other business-critical platforms.
- Oversee and coordinate application-related requests, issue tracking, and documentation management through Jira and Confluence.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and external software vendors for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications.
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for internally used automotive applications and ensure their successful delivery by third-party development providers.
- Monitor the lifecycle of custom application initiatives, including requirement collection, testing coordination, deployment support, and post-implementation follow-up.
- Ensure application documentation remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with operational and business requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external development partners to support continuous improvement and optimization of business applications.
Qualifications
- General knowledge of Windows Server environments
- General knowledge of client-server architecture
- General knowledge of security principles (certificates, encryption, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work independently, including communicating with users, documenting results
- Knowledge with SCCM and package-creation
- Knowledge with AWS (we lift and shift to EC2 instances but will also support native AWS-applications in the future)
- ITIL

- Start: by arrangement – always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
