- Degree in informatics, business administration or comparable education
- 7 to 10 years of experience in high responsibility sales position in software business
- pragmatism and hands-on mentality
- leadership experience and staff development experience
- ability to motivate employees and experience in change management

- affinity for IT products
- knowledge of englisch language
