Job Description About us

Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to product delivery to our customers.
- Inform customers in-store and by phone about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Conduct searches in both digital and physical catalogues to update part numbers.
- Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitz, etc.) and solicit new clients.
- Recommend the workshop’s machining services for brakes, engines, cylinder heads and clutch systems.
- Explain product and equipment features to customers and provide demonstrations of their operation or installation if needed.
- Explain product warranties and return policies.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience as a parts clerk, stock clerk, or strong knowledge of automotive parts.
