We’re currently partnering with a global company specialized in reusable packaging and engineered transport solutions, to hire a Customer Solutions Manager for the US market.
This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing complex solution sales within the automotive supply chain.
If you know the automotive world and have sold packaging, logistics, or industrial solutions, this could be a great opportunity to grow with an international company expanding its presence in North America.
What you'll be doing
- Develop new business with Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers
- Identify opportunities where custom packaging or transport solutions can improve customer operations
- Work closely with engineering and internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal
- Build strong, long-term relationships within the automotive and manufacturing ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- We’re looking for someone who enjoys the hunt and understands how industrial sales really work.
- You’ll likely be a great fit if you:
- Have 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Have worked within the automotive industry
- Ideally come from packaging, material handling, logistics, or industrial solutions
- Have a strong network within OEMs, Tier suppliers, or manufacturing companies
- Are comfortable managing longer technical sales cycles
- Are motivated by commissions and performance-based compensation
- Enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities
Location
- Michigan preferred (close to the automotive ecosystem)
- Remote within the US is possible for the right candidate
Compensation
- Base salary: $80K – $85K
- Commission structure: strong performance-based incentives
