Cosmetic Repair Technician

£32,000 – £36,000 basic + bonus (OTE £42,000 uncapped)
Full-time | 40 hours (Mon–Fri + Saturday rota)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician to join a modern, high-performing bodyshop in Buckinghamshire, HP22, working with a leading premium automotive brand.
The Role
As a Cosmetic Technician, you will carry out high-quality minor repairs, restoring vehicles to an excellent standard using the latest techniques and equipment.
Key Duties
- Carry out SMART repairs including minor paintwork, scuffs, scratches, and panel damage
- Prepare, prime, and respray panels to a high standard
- Repair alloy wheels, bumpers, and trims where required
- Ensure colour matching and finish meet manufacturer quality standards
- Follow health & safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Cosmetic Repair / SMART Repair Technician
- Strong paint and preparation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
