The Role and Responsibilities
The Corporate Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager and will work closely with our existing Sales administration team.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Initiating contact with existing customers and build a strong working relationship.
- Maintain current business and to maximize new business opportunities.
- Providing an efficient and professional response to new sales enquiries from new but mainly existing clients.
- Accurate preparation and timely submission of quotations with full and complete follow up & reporting.
- Processing of New vehicle orders and accurate completion and filing of standard sales documentation.
- Providing customers with regular updates on delivery dates and arranging collection and delivery of new and end of lease vehicles.
- Arranging formal & informal extensions of existing leases where appropriate.
- Ensuring that all vehicle mileages are running as per contract and advising customer where a notable variance exists.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure all orders are completed as per the clients specifications.
Experience
- At least 2 years previous experience in the automotive sector and preferably in the vehicle leasing industry. Experience at manufacturer level may be an advantage also.
- Up to date knowledge of the current trends and taxation rules within the industry.

- Total Package of €50,000 – €55,000 depending on experience.
