- Responsible for ICE/PHEV/BEV etc. cooling components development& project management, incl. cooling hoses, bracket etc.;
ensure development deliverables as per timing and technical requirement
- Responsible for cooling components dev., including geometry, material, performance and etc.
- Responsible for all development relevant tasks, including components testing, supplier project management, durability testing, internal reporting etc.
- Responsible for CAD data generation and release, GD&T, material requirement, DMU check, BOM creation and maintenance etc.
- Responsible for change management, generate change requests and track status as per project milestone
- Support Lead engineer on supplier nomination, including supplier evaluation, technical concept review and etc.
- Bridging with WOB R&D,suppliers, component engineer, DMU engineer, performance engineer and etc. Requirement
- Experience on cooling system components development and program management
- Experience in VW project management
- Familiar with cooling system components requirement, like cooling hose/pipe, QC, adapter, check valve, thermostat valves, T-sensor etc.
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Bachelor degree or above in mechatronics, power and energy engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in automotive industry;
Understad VW development process is a plus
- Familiar with CAD tools, e.g Creo, CATIA etc.
- English can be working language, German is a plus. 任务 1.负责ICE/PHEV/BEV等车型冷却部件开发与项目管理，包括冷却软管、支架等；确保开发成果按时交付并满足技术要求 2.负责冷却部件开发，涵盖几何结构、材料、性能等维度 3.负责所有开发相关任务，包括部件测试、供应商项目管理、耐久性测试、内部报告等 4.负责CAD数据生成与发布、几何尺寸与公差（GD&T）、材料需求、DMU检查、物料清单（BOM）创建与维护等 5.负责变更管理，根据项目里程碑生成变更请求并跟踪状态 6.协助工程师进行供应商提名，包括供应商评估、技术方案评审等 7.协调WOB研发部门、供应商、部件工程师、DMU工程师、性能工程师等各方 任职要求 1.具备冷却系统部件开发及项目管理经验 2.拥有大众汽车项目管理经验 3.熟悉冷却系统部件要求，如冷却软管/管道、QC接头、适配器、止回阀、恒温阀、T型传感器等 4.具备良好沟通能力与团队精神 5.机电一体化、动力能源工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历 6.至少3年汽车行业经验；了解大众开发流程者优先 7.熟练使用CAD工具（如Creo、CATIA等） 8.英语可作为工作语言，德语能力者优先
