Job Description
Chief Operations Officer
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead our luxury car dealership in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in profit center management, sales and marketing operations, and service strategy development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Manage and optimize service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement process standardization and KPI management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in a senior operations or management role in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in profit center management, sales and marketing operations, and service strategy development.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, service management, and operations management principles.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
- Ability to develop and implement process standardization and KPI management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
