World Visa Consultancy is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Consultant for its Dhaka (Banani) office. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, handling visa processing tasks, and assisting with travel-related services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to client emails professionally.
- Handle client queries through social media and other online platforms.
- Assist clients with tourist visa processing and package tour services.
- Manage air ticketing and visa processing documentation.
- Prepare necessary documents and complete visa application forms.
- Maintain client databases and follow up regularly.
- Keep proper records of client files and office documentation.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Visa Processing, Consultant, Travel Consultant
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
