Service Technician needed for manufacturing firm located in Antioch, Illinois to service equipment on construction job sites in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
Position will be responsible for maintaining & servicing equipment as well as training customers on job sites.
Key skills include
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on plant equipment and bulk pneumatic trailers
Inspect and maintain bulk tanker trailers and related DOT-regulated equipmen
Perform basic welding, fabrication, and equipment fitting as needed for repairs
Ability to troubleshoot problems over the phone & on job sites.
Work well under pressure and be able to maintain a professional manner at all times.
Must be extremely organized and keep records; both written and electronic.
Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
