Role Description The Consilier Vanzari is a full-time, on-site role based in Otopeni. The role involves welcoming and advising customers in the showroom, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles and services. The Consilier Vanzari prepares offers, explains financing and leasing options, manages test drives, and supports customers through the purchase process, including documentation and delivery. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the dealership systems, following up with potential and existing customers, and collaborating with service and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires consistent adherence to brand standards and dealership procedures, as well as active participation in product and sales training.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in presenting offers and closing deals in a structured, professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and interest in learning about Volkswagen Group brands, models, and technologies.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, use of dealership software, and time management.
- Ability to work on-site in Otopeni, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt to a dynamic showroom environment.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfortable using standard office and CRM tools; proficiency in Romanian language, with basic English an advantage.
