Main Goals and Objectives 1. Upload the competitor parts info into WBA system 2. manage the tear down parts well. 3. organize activities well required by project team or management level. 4. Do the benchmark well based on requests. 5. Support other tasks well related to EGP Candidate’s Responsibilities 1. support EGP head to manage the EGP 2. manage the tear down parts. 3. organize activities required by project team or management level. 4. Do the benchmark based on requests. 5. Support other tasks related to EGP Job Requirements 1. integrate self into the team. 2. follow the arrangement of EGP head. 3. Logic thinking, optimistic attitude,clear and high-quality output Necessary Education Engineering bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive, or similar experience in OEMs. Experience It is better to have OEMs internship experience Skills (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.) 1. Fluent English skills; 2. Familiar with Excel/ppt/words/…; 3. Convincing, ability to negotiate and achieve WIN-WIN solutions. 4. Problem solving abilities in complex environment
