Responsibilities
This role is responsible to carry out high-tech diagnostics and maintenance for commercial vehicles and provide technical support for service operations.
■ Commercial Vehicle Diagnosis & Maintenance
- Diagnosing vehicles and analyzing fault data
- Performing vehicle maintenance and service operations
- Developing solutions for complex and high-difficulty maintenance issues
■ Commercial Vehicle Technical Support & Training
- Providing technical support to Blue Hands and fleet operators
- Conducting training on new models, technologies, and major maintenance cases for Blue Hands and fleet operators
■ Commercial Vehicle Quality Issue Management
- Analyzing vehicle quality issues and providing feedback
- Supporting joint investigations with R&D and quality departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Applicants with outstanding diagnostic/maintenance capabilities may apply regardless of academic degree)
- Candidates must have at least one of the following:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial ICE vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and technical support
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial electric vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and technical support
- Ability to work at Daejeon, Sihwa, Gunsan, or West Busan High-Tech Centers
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with educational background in automotive, mechanical, electrical/electronics, computer, or convergence engineering
- Candidates with automotive maintenance certifications (Industrial Technician level or higher) and related qualifications
- Candidates with experience in vehicle electronic systems and electrical component maintenance
