Your Mission
Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in executing Leasys Luxembourg commercial strategy and driving revenue growth.
As a hands-on leader, you will manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Managers, ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic objectives.
You act as the link between strategy and execution, transforming business vision into measurable results.
Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Commercial Performance & Execution
- Translate the commercial strategy into actionable sales plans and targets
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic clients
- Identify new markets opportunities, partnerships, and growth levers
- Ensure effective pipeline management and lead conversion
- Negotiate commercial agreements with corporate clients, dealerships, and financial partners
- Support and lead complex negotiations with key clients
- Lead contract renewals and key negotiations
- Drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments
- Monitor and optimize sales performance using KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools
🔹 Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Managers
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular appraisals
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture
- Identify training needs and support continuous development
- Drive engagement, retention, and team motivation
🔹 Customer & Market Development
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships
- Actively monitor market trends, competition, and customer expectations
- Contribute to product and service improvements based on market feedback
🔹 Operational Excellence & Coordination
- Ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Risk
- Structure and improve commercial processes and tools (CRM, reporting, forecasting)
- Coordinate lead generation activities with Marketing
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (performance, efficiency, quality)
Your Profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership or commercial management
- Strong track record in team management and revenue delivery
- Experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in leasing, automotive, or mobility
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate between strategy and operations
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and data-driven management
- Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish/German is a plus)
