Key Responsibilities
* Present financing and leasing options tailored to customer needs
* Offer and explain F&I products (extended warranties, protection plans, insurance, etc.)
* Ensure all documentation complies with legal and lender requirements
* Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders
* Maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth transaction flow
* Deliver vehicles and finalize transactions with professionalism
Qualifications
* Previous experience in automotive F&I or sales (required)
* Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and aftermarket products
* Excellent communication and closing skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
