Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator at the Service Center in Clayton, NC. The role includes writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Write estimates for vehicle collision repairs.
- Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Check in customer vehicles and manage workflow.
- Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
- Finalize total loss administration tasks.
- Communicate post‑repair plans and all vehicle status updates to customers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Valid driver”s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser”s license.
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
Abilities & Skills
- Consistent physical activity, reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Advance understanding of repair processes and procedures.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
