Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all‑purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Write and submit collision estimates.
  • Conduct process reviews and ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
  • Check in customer vehicles and coordinate delivery.
  • Complete final customer paperwork such as DRP and final invoice.
  • Finalize total loss administration and communicate post‑repair plans to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
  • Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required.

Abilities & Skills

  • Perform consistent physical activity including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
  • Advanced understanding of repair process and procedures.
  • Strong sales orientation.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
