O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable vehicle repair company to find their next Collision Estimator. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent knowledge of industry systems and insurance programs.
Collision Estimator Compensation:
• $95,000 – $110,000 annually

Collision Estimator Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of collision estimating experience
• I-CAR training
• Proficient in CCC estimating system
• Experience with Mitchell estimating system preferred
• Knowledge of CSAA (AAA) Direct Repair Program
• Experience with Tesla Portal and Tesla Insurance is a plus
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
Collision Estimator Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely collision repair estimates
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and customers
• Review vehicle damage and determine repair costs and timelines
• Utilize CCC and Mitchell systems to generate estimates
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to support repair process
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and repairs
