Job Summary

Service Center Frederick – Monocacy Valley

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to: writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

Our Collision Estimators for this position can make up to: (Please remove if not located in a Salary Transparency State) $50,000-$110,000 per year!

Responsibilities

  • Write estimates.
  • Conduct process reviews.
  • Check in customer vehicles.
  • Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
  • Finalize total loss administration.
  • Provide post‑repair plan communication and all vehicle status updates to customers, ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
    • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

    Abilities / Skills / Knowledge

    • Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
    • Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
    • Advance understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
    • Strong sales orientation.
    • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
    • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
