We are seeking an experienced Closer Trainer specializing in Auto Warranty to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our warranty closing teams. Your expertise will drive performance improvements, ensure adherence to industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning. As a key player in talent management, you will empower employees through engaging instructional and live training!
Responsibilities
- Travel 60-75% to different offices around the country
- Deliver auto warranty closing training that is already built in.
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, virtual workshops, and driving the closing training process.
- Develop simulations, roleplaying, live, and interactive training.
- Lead the first week of training onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure smooth employee orientation and integration into the warranty team.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards through effective project management techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through employee assessments, feedback collection, performance management metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- 5-10+ years of experience in training closers in the Auto Warranty industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, presentation delivery, mentoring, and conflict management.
- Knowledge of performance management systems, employee relations strategies, change management processes, and talent management practices.
- Ability to develop engaging instructional content tailored for professional development in human resources or sales environments.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for research purposes related to training effectiveness and employee evaluation metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership in team settings with experience mentoring trainers or new staff members within a corporate setting.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
