About The Role
We are seeking a senior consultative sales and client relationship leader with strong experience in manufacturing, AI/analytics services, and enterprise account growth. This role is responsible for driving strategic client partnerships, expanding existing manufacturing accounts, and leading new business growth initiatives across North America.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling analytics, AI/ML, engineering, or digital transformation services into manufacturing clients and will be comfortable engaging with both business and technology stakeholders at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic client relationships within manufacturing accounts across North America.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of AI, analytics, engineering, and digital transformation services.
- Partner closely with solution, delivery, and pre-sales teams to position tailored solutions aligned to client business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing enterprise accounts.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level leadership.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and strategic business conversations focused on solving manufacturing business challenges.
- Translate client priorities and operational pain points into scalable consulting and analytics opportunities.
- Manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles and support account growth strategies.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client success.
- Drive account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and margin-focused growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales, consulting, client relationship management, or account management.
- 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing industry clients.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, AI, data, digital engineering, or consulting services.
- 3+ years of exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise manufacturing accounts.
- Strong consultative selling and strategic account management skills.
- Experience selling analytics, AI, engineering, or technology services preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and business communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Stable career history preferred (average tenure of 4+ years per company).

Work Environment
- Onsite client-facing role based in:
- Minneapolis, MN OR
- Heavy travel required (3–4 days/week).
