The mission

Reporting directly to the group's executive leadership, you will embody the company's strategic vision across North America while steering, with a sharp focus on results, the full scope of its industrial, commercial, and financial operations. You will be the driving force behind an ambitious growth agenda: accelerating site performance, raising the organization to the highest level of productivity, winning new strategic accounts, and turning customer satisfaction into a durable competitive advantage. Beyond managing a demanding P&L, you will lead a genuine transformation — modernizing the industrial base, deploying uncompromising operational excellence, securing complex supply chains, and instilling a culture of innovation at every level of the company. The profile we want to meet
