Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealer and factory standards;
Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication;
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer;
Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure safety and reliability of vehicles;
Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
