Program Structure:
The CARRO Management Associate Program is a 2-year management trainee programme designed to groom the next generation of Carro leaders. Promising graduates will be fast-tracked
into leadership roles across our offices in SEA and immersed in high-performing
working environments. The programme includes managerial training and mentorship,
department rotations every 6 months, and extensive exposure to business operations.

What you will do:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure integrated solutions and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in various projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of your assignments, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Networking: Build a strong professional network within the company and industry, attending events and forums as a company representative.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide input on program structure and content to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Management Associate Program.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by embracing new challenges and opportunities across different business functions.
- Mentorship and Shadowing: Each associate will have the opportunity to shadow a departmental leader who will provide guidance, share insights, and support their professional growth throughout the rotation.
What you will need:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience
- Graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.3
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate and flexibility to adapt to different roles and functions.
