Car Wash Manager
Role and Responsibilities
Paul’s Auto Wash Manager is tasked with developing, coaching and leading our team to deliver our customers with a clean, dry, shiny vehicle.
Part time position with minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
Increase car wash volume through communicating services.
Good communication skills.
Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and environment.
Maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
Maintain the quality of the wash by monitoring equipment operation & maintenance schedules.
Maintain budgeted operational costs.
Develop and coach team members to achieve positive results and procedural compliance.
Recruit select and train team members.
Resolve all customer issues.
Develop weekly schedules.
Be extremely proactive in sales management and goals.
Complete all required written reports in the allotted time frame.
Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically and efficiently.
Housekeeping as it applies to job or work area
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A leader that is self-motivated and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work with in a team environment
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in management, sales and the carwash industry is a plus
- Someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently.
