Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Car Salesperson, based in Brampton, ON, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Car Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, offering personalized recommendations and guidance. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining detailed records of sales, and striving to meet or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will also focus on creating a positive purchasing experience and fostering customer loyalty for repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to maintain and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and understand their needs
- Experience in Automotive Sales, with the ability to provide expert knowledge about vehicles and services
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets and drive results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools is a plus
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in the automotive industry is an asset
