The Role

As a Volvo Sales Executive, you will deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales across the Volvo range, including hybrid and fully electric models. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through every stage of the purchasing journey – from initial enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and final handover – ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in line with Volvo brand standards
  • Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
  • Conduct engaging and informative presentations and test drives across the Volvo range
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange opportunities
  • Advise customers on finance, insurance, service plans, and additional products
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required documentation efficiently
  • Ensure showroom presentation and online vehicle displays reflect the premium Volvo brand image
  • Stay informed on Volvo product knowledge, electric vehicle technology, and market trends
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
  • Passion for premium customer service and relationship building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven mindset
  • Interest in automotive innovation, electric vehicles, and sustainable mobility
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
  • On-target earnings of €50,000 – €70,000+ depending on performance
