Description
Due to rapid expansion and working alongside the fastest-growing brand in the UK, we are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at the Drayton Motors Omoda Jaecoo site in Grantham.
This is an exciting time to come on board, with significant investment into the site and the introduction of Omoda and Jaecoo, alongside the wider Drayton Motors group. This is your opportunity to be part of a growing, forward-thinking, family-owned automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
· Handling enquiries for new and used vehicles
· Responding to online, live chat, SMS, and e-lead enquiries
· Introducing yourself, the company, and our vehicles using CitNOW video messaging
· Achieving and exceeding new and used car sales targets
· Selling add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care, and warranty/insurance products
· Confidently overcoming objections as part of the sales process
· Prospecting the customer database and engaging service customers
· Maintaining 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores
· Ensuring high standards of showroom, pitch presentation, and housekeeping
· Following FCA guidelines and complaint procedures

· Flexible to work additional hours when required to meet customer needs
· Open-minded and adaptable to new processes and ways of working
