Job Overview
021 Auto Leasing is looking for a motivated and ambitious Auto Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the automotive industry. You will work directly with clients, assist them in finding the right lease or finance solution, build relationships with dealerships, and help guide customers through the entire vehicle leasing process.
Whether you already have automotive sales experience or are eager to build a career in the industry, we provide the tools, training, and support needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new customer leads.
- Communicate with prospective clients through phone, text, email, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lease or finance options.
- Coordinate with dealership partners to structure competitive vehicle offers.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Assist with customer communication, operational tasks, and lead management.
- Participate in sales training and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and content creation when required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through performance.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (Independent Contractor).
- Monthly commission structure based on performance.
- Higher commission tiers available as monthly production increases.
