Your Role:
For our Marketing team we are in the lookout for a full-time Car Data Entry Specialist who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about cars. Are you passionate about cars and obsessed with accuracy? Join our Marketing team and help build the most reliable vehicle database in the market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify and maintain detailed vehicle specifications, equipment lists and technical information in our database
- Cross-check and verify car details for accuracy
- Assist the operations and listings team in maintaining clean, complete, and up-to-date inventory data
- Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Tech) to ensure alignment of car-related information
- Photograph vehicles to ensure high-quality visuals for listings and marketing materials
Requirements
We value individuals who:
- Degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is considered a plus
- Passion for cars and interest in the automotive market
- Basic knowledge of car models, trims, and specifications
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
