Position Overview
AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an Assistant Manager to help lead our Automotive Repair Team in Rittenhouse, VA.

Compensation
The starting base compensation for this position is $48,726 to $62,176 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other factors.
Hours
Store open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Repair Technicians.
- Consult with Service Advisors to assign work based on technician skill level.
- Verify that all repairs and maintenance on vehicles are completed accurately, in a professional manner, and as specified in manufacturer (or industry) procedures.
- Ensure communication between the Car Care Center and customer, keeping customer updated on repair permissions, agreements, and expectations, and that estimates and completion times are met.
- Implement and adhere to all AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
- Re‑test repaired systems and road test vehicles, as necessary to validate repairs.
- Accurately complete paperwork, including repair info on work orders and state/emission inspection details.
- Assist in hiring, evaluating, training and developing Repair Technicians and Service Advisors.
- Open and close the Car Care store and schedule staff appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification a plus).
- 5 years’ experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Mechanical/Technician background.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Pre‑Employment Screening if offered the position.
