Role Description
The Business Success Partner is responsible for partnering with automotive workshops in our network to help them reach new levels of success. Using our in house next gen AI platforms, and wealth of automotive data, you will level up the workshops performance, capacity, and sales.
Our ideal Business Success Partner is an excellent communicator with experience in the aftermarket parts business and strong customer relationship and retailer collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
· Provide recommendations to enhance processes in the spare parts domain.
· Implement and uphold business standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
· Promote quality and operational efficiency across relevant functions.
Sales Strategy & Performance
· Support the achievement of sales targets within the spare parts segment.
· Plan and execute activities aligned with the broader market strategy.
· Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
· Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Data Management
· Collect and analyze accurate market data to inform strategic decisions.
· Utilize the CRM platform for lead tracking, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
· Conduct sales visits and foster strong relationships with customers.
· Provide dedicated support to key accounts and high-value clients.
· Deliver feedback and insights to retailers and strategic partners.
Marketing & Promotion
· Initiate and manage marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
· Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate deals.
· Promote sales initiatives through targeted promotional activities.
To be successful in this position, you need:
- Experience in the automotive industry – whether in the trade as a service assistant (m/f/d), as an employee in the parts service (m/f/d), as a service consultant (m/f/d) or service technician for motor vehicles. (m/f/d). We also welcome mechatronics engineers (m/f/d), body builders (m/f/d) or workshop managers (m/f/d) with a passion for sales!
