Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sunbury-On-Thames for a Business Manager at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover. The Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including financing and insurance sales, implementing strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals. This role involves managing finance and compliance processes, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by delivering tailored financial solutions. The Business Manager will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with both customers and financial partners while thinking strategically to enhance business performance.

- Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and insurance sales
