Role Summary:

The candidate will own the business P&L and lead the Sales and Marketing functions, driving growth and market penetration across the automotive sector. He will work closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to guide Product Development aligned with client needs. Additionally, the candidate will lead the organization’s strategic transformation from a product-centric company to a solution-oriented partner for automotive OEMs across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of Business Unit performance with end-to-end P&L accountability
  • Driving overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Strengthening strategic customer relationships while expanding market presence and business opportunities
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and consistent delivery performance across functions
  • Leading new product development, conceptualization, commercialization, and successful launch initiatives
  • Driving financial governance through robust controls, cost optimization, compliance, and risk management
  • Building high-performing teams and strengthening leadership capability across the organization
  • Leading organizational transformation, change management, and business improvement initiatives at scale
  • Translating business strategy into actionable operational plans with strong execution focus and measurable outcomes.

Profile Requirements:

  • Engineering degree + MBA (preferred).
  • 20+ years in sales of Plastic / Electronics / Electrical components related to OEM (Auto Industry) with exposure to relating with Engineering and plant operation teams. Should have handled a P&L.
  • Hands-on leadership and execution of program management
  • Auto components experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, result-oriented professional with the ability to work in fast-paced setups
