The position is to work closely with the President as an automotive aftermarket strategic leader to drive growth and build strong partnerships with South America key customers overseeing marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cultivate and develop relationships with existing or new customers while identifying new business opportunities across retail, traditional, e-commerce, and specialty markets, even OEM opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and product management, to deliver exceptional value.
· Utilize data and insights to create actionable growth strategies and solutions for customers.
· Represent Sunsong as a trusted advisor, conducting HQ meetings, field sales calls, and product training sessions.
· Identify sales growth opportunities and implement action plans, including training with the customers' Field Sales Director and support team.
· Work with customers' HQ team members on the benefits of our product by focusing on the value proposition of our premium offering, including the product, coverage, quality, and delivery.
· Respond quickly to product and service issues and take ownership to drive corrective action.
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
· Analyze customers’ vendor port data like sales, purchase, warranty rate, etc. Help customers and internal team to grow the business on the market.

· Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, within the automotive aftermarket specifically with traditional aftermarket experience.

and planning skills. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with ability to listen, partner, and influence at all levels in an organization. Proven ability to raise the performance bar creating, promoting, and sustaining a high-performance culture that reinforces accountability.
· Travel: Comfortable with extensive travel across the US, with some potential for international travel. Average travel 40%.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
· Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity.
· Excellent presentation skills and ability to make and deliver high-impact presentations.
· Good judgment and decision-making reinforce strategies and business plans and follow through with disciplined implementation plans and measures.
· Change Agent; brings focus, purpose, and agility to motivate customers and internal the company associates to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
