Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing potential customers, and converting leads into sales while coordinating effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
