- Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research or relevant resources to identify potential clients within the New Energy Vehicle Power System market. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise strategies that capitalize on business opportunities.
- Establish New Client Relationships: Initiate and build relationships with potential clients in the automotive industry. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads. Cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients and convert them into tangible business opportunities。
- Develop Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies aimed at increasing market share and expanding the customer base within the automotive sector. Establish short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Key Accounts: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to maximize business potential. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with R&D Teams: Work in close collaboration with R&D teams to align technical strategies and solutions with sales objectives. Contribute insights and support based on customer feedback and market intelligence。
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and innovations that could impact the automotive industry. Become a market expert and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Develop regular reports and presentations on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Present findings and recommendations to the management team to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: 61 A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for those with experience in the automotive industry. 61 Proven experience of over 10 years in business development roles within the automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of the New Energy Vehicle Power System market, including Battery Packs, electronic and electrical control models (BMS, PDU, BCU, OBC—) and understanding of competitors and customer needs. 61 Understanding of the decision-making process of target customers, including the onboarding of new suppliers. 61 Familiarity with product structures and applications related to adhesive materials, labels, and functional die cuts. 61 A background in manufacturing, materials, and capabilities in printing and decoration is advantageous. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. 61 Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities. 61 Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and business opportunities. 61 A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives. 61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 61 Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events. Working Conditions: 61 Based in East China or South China is acceptable. 61 Frequent domestic travel and some international travels are required
