Our platform integrates full-stack autonomous driving software, sensors, and fleet operations. To scale Robotaxi , we partner with leading automotive OEMs to integrate our autonomous driving system into production vehicles and deploy them in commercial fleets.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – OEM Partnerships to lead strategic collaborations with major automotive manufacturers, enabling large-scale Robotaxi deployment.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs to enable integration of our autonomous driving platform into production vehicles and support large-scale Robotaxi fleet deployment.

This role requires a combination of technical understanding of autonomous driving systems, automotive industry experience, and strong OEM relationship networks. The candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, finance, and operations teams to structure and execute complex partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

OEM Partnership Strategy

• Develop and execute partnership strategies with global automotive OEMs

• Identify opportunities for vehicle platform integration, co-development, and large-scale Robotaxi fleet deployment.

• Build long-term strategic relationships with OEM executives, product teams, and alliance groups.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

• Lead end-to-end business development lifecycle:

◦ Opportunity sourcing

◦ Technical alignment

◦ Commercial negotiation

◦ Contract structuring

◦ Partnership launch

• Structure complex agreements including:

◦ vehicle supply agreements

◦ autonomous system integration

◦ joint development programs

◦ fleet deployment frameworks

Technical & Product Alignment

• Collaborate with internal autonomous driving software, hardware, and vehicle integration teams to ensure technical feasibility of OEM partnerships.

• Coordinate vehicle platform integration including:

◦ sensor integration

◦ compute platform packaging

◦ vehicle interface (drive-by-wire)

◦ manufacturing considerations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, legal, finance, and operations teams.

• Align partnership objectives with company strategy and technical roadmap.

• Drive internal decision-making on OEM selection, vehicle platforms, and deployment plans.

Ecosystem Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with:

◦ OEM strategy teams

◦ vehicle platform teams

◦ innovation and ADAS groups

◦ Tier 1 suppliers

• Represent the company at industry events, OEM meetings, and strategic negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate strategy

within automotive, autonomous driving, or mobility sectors.

• Direct experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.

• Strong understanding of autonomous driving technology, vehicle architecture and automotive development cycles.

• Proven track record negotiating complex strategic partnerships or technology agreements.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and legal organizations.

• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, robotics, or AI mobility companies.

• Previous roles in: automotive OEM strategy; vehicle platform partnerships; mobility / Robotaxi business development.

• Existing relationships with OEM decision-makers

• MBA or advanced technical degree.

• Experience launching new vehicle platforms or autonomous vehicle programs.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
