Role Description
This is a Queensland state-based role reporting to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for effectively managing existing and new business key accounts to achieve individual, state-based and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and Senior Business Development Manager to deliver change initiatives to the dealer network as set by the business
- Ensure your dealer network is meeting compliance requirements as directed by the business
- Assist the Claims Team where required with claims escalations requiring resolution and relationship management with dealers and repairers
- Proactively highlight any operational pain points with relevant managers within operations
- Drive key client strategies and sales forecasts in accordance with set budgets and business objectives to deliver business KPIs and outcomes
- Assist in establishing a sales plan to position Presidian as supplier of choice in the marketplace
- Provide reporting directly to your dealer network and key accounts on performance
- Work closely with key stakeholders within Presidian to ensure company goals are met through aligned business values
- Maintain client confidence in the Presidian brand by proactively promoting product range, product reviews and paid claims information (wherever applicable)
- Review and establish productive dealer visit cycles to ensure a high level of productivity, presence and support is provided within the dealer network
- Establish training and growth plans with your dealer network to ensure state and company objectives are met
What we are looking for
ESSENTIAL
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of budgeting, interpretation and analysis
- Previous experience in a similar Account Manager or BDM role
- Understanding of strategic sales and portfolio management
DESIRABLE
- Exposure to Automotive Market sales environments
- Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
- Ability to travel interstate as required

- Proficient in business accounting, reporting and analysing results
- Expert industry knowledge with the ability to adapt to a range of client personalities to achieve desired outcomes
