Your Role

  • Be the Face of KPay: Represent our brand as a field-based B2B specialist, engaging directly with business owners to drive KPay’s expansion in your territory.
  • Master the End-to-End Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process—from initial field-based prospecting and discovery to closing deals and onboarding new merchants.
  • Consultative Approach: Identify specific business pain points and position our suite of POS and digital payment solutions to streamline their operations and profitability.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Manage a high-volume pipeline through a strategic blend of proactive B2B outreach, warm leads, and pre-booked appointments.
  • Build a Lasting Portfolio: Nurture long-term merchant relationships to ensure high retention and grow your recurring commission month-over-month.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Partner with an elite, high-performing sales team to achieve national growth targets and share best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 0–3 years in B2B, Outbound, Telesales, or Field-based sales.
  • Ambitious Mindset: You want total control over your income and a clear pathway into leadership.
  • Communication: Outgoing, confident, and able to build rapport instantly.
  • Grit & Resilience: A positive attitude toward rejection and the drive to smash high KPIs.
  • Competitive Edge: You aren't looking for a comfortable desk job; you’re looking to win.
  • Valued Backgrounds: Experience in high-intensity sectors like Field Sales, Energy, Real Estate, Insurance, Automotive, Gym Memberships, or Telco.
